As a Bartender, you will be bartending in a pool side bar and at times at the Beach Club bar. The following food & beverage tasks are performed by the Bartender, but not limited to: order taking, recording sales on an Agilisys POS terminal, bartending, bussing, cleaning, and performing administration functions such as inventorying, ordering, and bill paying for food and liquor items.

Bars operations hour is 9am-9pm, including weekends and holidays.

• Perform routine maintenance on food services equipment.
• Perform bartending functions at our Beach Club when needed.
• Provide Food and Beverage Service to customers at Pool Deck.
• Perform reasonable duties as requested by Management

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment
• strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid State of Hawaii Liquor Card – Blue
• Valid State of Hawaii Food Handler Certificate
• TB Clearance
