As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Kihei, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations promptly. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and/or maintenance-related concerns in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
