Window & Door Installer​/Finish Carpenter

$40 – $52 per hour, DOE
CDG Maui is a design-build construction company building high-end custom homes on Maui. We plan carefully, build it right, and own the outcome. We’re growing our own skilled field team and want people who take pride in their craft.
You’ll lead window and door installation on our high-end custom homes and handle finish carpentry and punch work. You set the standard for fit, finish and waterproofing, and you help the people around you work better and faster. This is steady, year-round work as a CDG employee, with overtime eligibility, on a team that values quality, safety and doing what we say.

• Install high-end window and door systems (Marvin, Western, Fleetwood or similar) to manufacturer specs
• Install flashing and waterproofing according to manufacturer requirements and project details
• Finish carpentry: trim, casing, doors, hardware and built-ins
• Work punch lists to completion before turnover
• Lead and train helpers on installs; keep quality and safety high
• Keep tools and materials organized

• 3+ years installing windows and doors on custom or high-end homes
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Reads plans and shop drawings
• Detail-oriented; your work passes inspection the first time
• Takes ownership of assigned work, communicates questions or problems early, and helps the crew deliver quality work efficiently
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification required at hire)

• Framing experience
• Lead installer or crew lead experience
• Able to drive the company truck
