Senior Accountant

Airswift is working in partnership with a manufacturing distribution company seeking an Accountant for a permanent role based in Kilgore, TX.

Reporting directly to the Plant Controller, this role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the plant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a lean, high-impact finance team and gain exposure to manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Associate’s degree acceptable with relevant experience)
• • 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, focused team.
