Quality Assurance Technician; Nights

Job Summary

Revolution is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for the night shift at its Kilgore, TX facility. This is a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule from 7:00 pm – 7:00 am. The role will work closely with production lines to ensure the facility meets quality standards.

• Inspect product to verify compliance with known specifications (all departments)
• Correctly input data into computer system
• Interpret test data as pass or fail
• Handle quality issues with peers and departmental supervision during shift
• Be proactive in addressing quality issues and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Assure that raw materials are within tolerance
• Write and place non‑conforming material on hold
• Perform Layered Process Audits throughout the plant
• Perform measurement studies
• Write/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Find Continuous Improvement ideas in the plant
• Effectively communicate with department managers, supervisors and leads

• High School diploma
• 2‑year college degree preferred
• 1–2 years of quality experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
• Must be able to read and write
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred

• Periodically lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8–12 hours
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to spot defects in each department
• Must be able to write neatly and legibly
• Must be able to distinguish between slight color variations
• Able to read, understand, and verify all information on spec sheets
• Must be detail‑oriented and possess pride of workmanship
• Demonstrate basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capable of working without supervision
• Capable of interacting with management and peers
