Forklift Operator

Our company is a fast-growing, privately owned refrigeration equipment manufacturer. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our Material Handler team. Your primary responsibilities will include working with a team to ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, pulling parts from inventory, and delivering them to the production lines. We want to hear from you if you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

Forklift experience is required.

• Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
• Ensure accuracy by verifying product codes and quantities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years minimum experience operating a forklift (both sit-down and stand-up)
• Ability to consistently lift 50-80 lbs. throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM (Occasional overtime as required)
