HOLT CAT seeks a Shop Welder Tech 3 (Line Bore) to perform advanced welding repairs, fabrication, and line boring on heavy equipment in our shop in Texas. You will work with Holt, Caterpillar, and AWS procedures, interpreting blueprints and completing components removal/installations with minimal supervision.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of welding experience, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to mentor newer welders while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
