- Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license.
- Active Texas Life and Health license.
- Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.
- Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms.
- Clear and articulate communication style for explaining coverage options.
- Residency in or near Kilgore, Texas.
