Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that gets things done? Aegis Chemical Solutions is looking for a hardworking, safety-minded Yard Helper to join our Operations team!

• Keep our yard, warehouse, and equipment clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pumps, mixers, and other equipment as trained and authorized.
• Support general maintenance, equipment cleaning, and daily operations.
• Put safety first! Follow established safety procedures, wear required PPE, and actively identify and report potential hazards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position, including understanding written and verbal instructions, policies, procedures, and job-related communications.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Previous warehouse, yard, or industrial experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and industrial safety practices.
