We have a vacancy for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Conway Group Healthcare in Brooklands Kilkeel.

This role is based in a 9 bedded Dementia Residential Unit.

• Providing leadership and support for the Care Team, acting as a role model for good practice in relation to all aspects of Residents dignity and safety.
• Assisting our Residents in all aspects of their daily life, personal care, meal preparation and general domestic support.
• Ensuring clear and accurate records and communicating systems relating to clinical / care delivery are properly maintained.
• Making a real difference to our Residents lives.

• Flexible in their approach and great at building a rapport with everyone they deal with.
• They inspire professionalism and cope with difficult situations using tact and taking responsibility.
• The enjoy working with people and sharing information / ideas, that’s how they raise standards.
