Overview
Description:
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO
- Coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the CEO
- Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.
- Maintain department calendars and schedules
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Review invoices and route for proper approval
- Run and process department reports
- Serves as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
- Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
- File necessary paperwork
- Provide event management support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical proficiency in office related equipment
- Must have ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
- Must be able to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
- Must be able to work independently on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
- At least 18 years of age
