• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Maintain office cash accuracy and security.
• Grow account volume through solicitations.
• Minimize delinquent debt via collections.
• Track and post payments and fees in compliance with policy.
• Transport money and deposits to/from bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash management.
• Pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with liability insurance.

This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday‑Friday (some Saturdays required). Overtime may be required on an as‑needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
