Relationship Banker
Location: Killeen
Description: As a Relationship Banker you will hold a key position within our bank responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, opening and managing accounts, and driving business growth through referrals to various sales departments. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and expanding the bank's client base. You will be the face of the bank, responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, meeting their financial needs, and driving business growth through referrals.
Your ability to understand and respond to customer requirements will contribute to the bank's success and reputation within the community.
- Banking knowledge:
Familiarity with banking operations, procedures, and financial products. Understands banking regulations and compliance requirements. - Adaptability:

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- 4 year degree strongly preferred
- 3 years of cash handling experience strongly preferred
- 2 years of retail banking experience strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required
- Experience in opening accounts for Small Business customers
Work Hours
:
Hours will vary depending on location assigned. Consistent weekend availability on Saturdays during the hours of 8:30am – 1:00pm.
