Join our team:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
  • Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Counselors to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide parent training and support to promote generalization of skills.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.
