Seeking elite Licensed Vocational Nurse! Previous home health experience preferred. Full time with an expectation of 30 productivity points completed per week. The clinician will be paid per point and has the opportunity to earn additional pay if more than 30 points are performed.

• Comfortable treating wounds
• Advocate for the patient and maintain communication with physician, referral sources, caregivers and facility management to facilitate coordination of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician. Provides direct patient care including infusion therapy, wound care, teaching, disease management
• Participate in regular case conferences and in‑services
• Service ~ 5 patients a day M‑F
• Strong organization skills and time management
• Able to multitask and accomplish and meet timelines
• Professional appearance and effective communication skills
• Current Texas LVN license
• Three years of clinical nursing experience
• Current Texas driver's license
• CPR Required
• Experience with healthcare software
• Competency to carry out any skilled procedure that the physician orders that is within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act
