We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to join our team! This position requires a Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about providing excellent care and support to members and their families.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:- Overseeing and managing the nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Collaborate with care teams to maintain high-quality services and address resident needs
- Monitor compliance with care plans and regulatory standards
- Assist with training and onboarding care staff as needed
We are also excited to offer a sign‑on bonus of $5k for an LVN / LPN who is ready to make a difference in a supportive and dynamic environment.
What you will need to qualify for this position:- Licensed Practical Nurse License
- Complete knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
