Palliative Care Nurse
Accent Care is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner, Palliative Care, to support patients at Advent Health Central Texas Hospital in Killeen, TX. This 20-hour-a-week role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Be responsible for developing care plans, patient assessments and symptom management. You’ll coordinate with physicians, facilitate discharge planning and provide family education as part of a collaborative care team.
