Responsibilities- Reading a prep sheet
- Following Bubba’s 33 legendary recipes
- Keeping the walk‑in refrigerator clean and organized
- Maintaining and using equipment properly
- Following storage and rotation procedures
- Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
- Exhibits teamwork
