We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are tidy and well-stocked.
- Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
- Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
- Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry, ensuring store security.
- Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.
- Work well as part of a team, communicating effectively to get the job done.
- Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.
- Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, like an Avenger.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
