• Provide a visible presence at store entrances/exits to effectively mitigate theft and fraud while maintaining a safe environment for associates and customers.
• Greet all customers with eye contact and a friendly smile, demonstrating a courteous demeanor that deters theft by emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere.
