We are looking for a Sales Team Leader at Alleviation Enterprise LLC to lead direct sales efforts and drive growth in our rapidly expanding business.
Base pay range$88,000.00/yr - $/yr
Job OverviewThis role involves leading direct sales efforts in your designated territory. Through comprehensive training, you will learn to effectively engage with small and medium‑sized businesses across various industries, forging direct connections with business owners and decision‑makers. Your primary focus will be promoting top‑notch supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees, with occasional product presentations to groups of 50 to 100+.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Team Lead will spend part of the week actively participating in sales activities while balancing sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members. This role demands strong sales skills and prior experience in mentorship or leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional experience in relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
