Sales Consultant – Killeen, TX

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant to service retail stores, manage a sales territory, and drive business growth.

• Territory Management – Ensure consistent customer contact, plan and execute sales initiatives, and handle customer issues promptly.
• Sales – Thorough knowledge of products and pricing schedules, effective sales presentations, achievement of company objectives, and identification and nurturing of new accounts.
• Merchandising – Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts, focus on display standards such as size, location, shelf position, cold boxes, counters, and windows.
• Servicing – Perform reliable inventory checks, communicate to minimize order mistakes, and rotate products properly.
• Administration – Adhere to all company policies and procedures and handle paperwork in a timely manner.

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results‑driven and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local Killeen residents preferred (no relocation package).
