• Physically able to climb to heights exceeding 300 feet daily.
• Capable of working in all weather conditions year‑round.
• Some construction and/or electrical experience.
• Enjoy hands‑on work and problem‑solving.
• Willing to travel on a 6‑week rotation with a 7‑10 day break in between (travel expenses covered).

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Install, replace, and repair antenna system equipment.
• Distribute, pick up, and organize tools and materials.
• Mount and modify antenna platforms.
• Identify and fix problems using test equipment.
• Work with a team of technicians.
• Perform tower structure inspections.
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely.
• Read site plans and tower drawings.
• Be aware of hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and energized lines.
