Job Description

We have Fiber I&R Technician positions in the Kileen, TX market and is full-time. The primary function is to install fiber optic internet services, providing world class quality, and product education for residential and commercial customers.

• Installation, maintenance, and repairing of fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Ensuring adequate performance of internet, phone and if applicable, television services
• Complete pre-install work order and post-install service verification and customer education to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Place aerial or buried fiber optic drops and install interior and exterior wiring.
• Must be able to mark proposed drop paths for jobs needing BSW.
