Key Responsibilities

· Perform advanced diagnostics on domestic and import vehicles

· Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake systems

· Accurately use diagnostic scanners, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer service information

· Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining Phil’s Service quality standards

· Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper operation

· Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management

· Document all work performed accurately on repair orders

· Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

· Follow all shop safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

· Current and valid ASE Master Technician Certification

· Minimum of 5 years professional automotive repair experience

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and equipment

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties

Preferred Qualifications

* Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred. xrlwcon

· Experience with both domestic and import vehicles

· Advanced Electrical and drivability diagnostic expertise

· Familiarity with shop management or repair order software.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $ per year
