Responsibilities:
- Ensures signs, lockboxes, documents, and other materials are delivered or picked up in a timely manner
- Conduct weekly property checks in the Central Texas area
- Maintain safe driving habits, abiding by all laws
- Ensures quality of service
- Responsible for ensuring the company vehicles are clean and that maintenance is regularly completed
- Making copies of keys
- Other delivery or pick-up tasks as requested
- Punctuality and availability Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm required
- Adhere to the company dress code
- Self-accountability in organizing how daily tasks will be completed
- Keep a running inventory of signs, lock boxes, and other items needed to complete tasks
- Work together with team members to ensure clients get exceptional service
- Keep detailed records for inventory, key accountability, and vehicle use and maintenance
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- They must have a valid Texas state driver's license
- 5 years of driving experience
- Must pass a background check and driving record
- Must maintain liability insurance at all times
- Great time management skills
- Physically able to lift 15 pounds
- Ability to operate a vehicle for 8 hours
- Great customer attitude and attentiveness
- Great organizational skills
- Desire to work as an essential part of a team to accomplish client service goals
- Positive Attitude and willingness to be flexible with tasks
- Be able to communicate professionally
- Be able to prioritize task completion in order to complete all tasks assigned efficiently
- Willingness to assist team members with their tasks or ask for assistance as needed for the best client experience
- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
Compensation: $15 hourly
