Intely Care - : [CNA / Health Aide] As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Intely Care, you'll:
Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities;
Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs;
Observe the conditions of residents during your shift, reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team;
Serve meals to residents and help to feed them as needed;
Support residents with other activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting;
Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed.
