This position is based in Danielson, CT. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

• MUST have reliable transportation and flexible daytime availability. Provide care in homes, apartments, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, etc.
• Assist with personal care activities: bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care, and feeding.
• Assist with medication management by reminding clients to take medications as needed.
• Assist the client with exercises, ambulation and transfer activities.
• Perform household services essential to a clean, safe, and healthy environment, including meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Provide basic emotional and psychological support to client and other members of the household.
• Assist the client to physician, clinic, or other appointments.
• Accompany patient on walks and to social functions.
• Observe any changes in the client’s abilities or needs for safety issues and notify the agency as appropriate.
• Document care and activities provided as per agency policy.

• CNA Certification and license.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and proof of auto insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred.

Per diem; short (1–2 hr) and long (3 hr+) cases available. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing by 2×.
