A Typical Day...
As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a H&R Block tax office, and build client relationships.
You will serve as a front-line manager, develop associates, ensure excellent client service, and meet growth objectives. We will support your professional development as a tax resource.
Preferred Qualifications...
- Experience managing multiple units in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries
- 2+ years as a Tax Professional
Responsibilities include...
- Partner with District GM on growth plans and community involvement
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding associates
- Handle escalated client concerns
- Manage scheduling, tax return preparation, and performance reviews
Required Skills and Experience...
- Customer service or supervisory experience
- Tax knowledge assessment or income tax course completion
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- High school diploma or higher
