We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut.
This role is responsible for maintaining the facilities, grounds and equipment for our world-class head quarters in Danielson. This would include:
- Policing the grounds, shoveling/sanding walks as necessary, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs including watering
- Perform carpentry, floor repair, plumbing repairs and minor electrical repairs (Plumbing experience preferred)
- Paint both interior and exterior of building
- Promote continuous improvement by taking the initiative to identify issues and provide solutions with the goal of reducing cost and improving performance
Our requirements for the role include:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs, bend stoop, climb and reach
- Ability to work without supervision
The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.25 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.
