Weighbridge Administrator

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator to join our public sector client based in Kilmarnock. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long‑term ongoing role with a stable and supportive organisation.

£14.39 per hour
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate recording and management of vehicle movements and weights, while providing excellent administrative support on site.

• Operate the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights accurately
• Manage inbound and outbound vehicle traffic in line with site procedures
• Input data and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and data entry
• Communicate with drivers and site staff to ensure smooth operations

• Previous administrative experience (weighbridge experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
