MOT Tester

Our client who is one of the UKs fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a MOT Technician based at their retail centre in Kilmarnock. As a MOT Technician would be responsible for completing MOTs on customers cars , as well as other light repair work. To be applicable for this role you must have a valid MOT licence, as well as experience working as a Vehicle Technician.

You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!

Location:

Kilmarnock Pay / salary: £36,000 to £38,000 OTE:
Uncapped and realistic £3,600 Shift and schedule: 08:30 17:30 Monday to Friday;
Saturdays 08:30 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week. Benefits: 32 days holiday including Bank Holidays Uncapped Bonus scheme OTE £3,600 We will put you though your Level 3 qualifications; both IMI & Hybrid Extensive on-going training programme

Completing MOTs on customer vehicles Light and full-service work Fast fit duties as and (when required) Working with the rest of the workshop to achieve targets Working with other centre departments (Service, Parts, etc) and ensuring that they are well informed Ensure the correct DVSA process is followed To be a MOT Technician you will need:
Valid UK driving licence Essential Experience working as a Vehicle Technician (no qualifications needed) Experience as an MOT Tester A valid MOT licence Essential Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars Our client:
