Food Hygiene Supervisor

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Food Hygiene Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team.

Monday to Friday – 7am to 4pm

• Assist with conducting COSHH assessments, risk assessments, and document safe systems of work for all hygiene tasks, with follow‑up issues.
• Help deliver continuous improvements of processes and procedures within the Hygiene department to ensure ongoing efficiencies and cost savings.
• Identify any Health and Safety issues within the area or team, maintaining a focus on risk reduction.
• Record and investigate accidents or incidents and report to the site Manager.
• Conduct hygiene audits in relation to Health & Safety, GMP and Finished Standards.
• Ensure all internal audits are completed, including any actions relating to: quality, chemical usage, titration checks, overtime tracker/headcount, KPI data collection, stores usage, swabbing denitrification/residual chemical, and water usage.

• You must have Right to Work in the UK.
• You will have experience working in Quality Assurance.
• You possess a clear understanding of HACCP, COSHH, QA & Management Procedures.
• You have operational experience within a Food Manufacturing setting.
• You have experience in managing budgets.
• You have a proven record of continuous improvement and change management.
• You are proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
• You demonstrate leadership skills with a proven record of developing and coaching high-performance teams.
