Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Call Center / Support
Position Summary
Fantastic opportunity to join PRA Group – one of the UK’s largest buyers and collectors of unpaid loans and other forms of credit. In this role, you will speak with customers on inbound and outbound calls, understand their circumstances, and aim to help them become debt‑free with us.
Remuneration & Working Hours*£26,000 per annum salary with opportunity to earn up to £500 bonus per month after training. Hybrid working: 3 days in the Kilmarnock office, 2 days remote after 3 months. 37.5 hours per week (Mon‑Thu shifts 8am‑8pm, Fri 9am‑5pm, 1 in 3 Sat 8am‑2pm with a day off during the week). 28 days holidays, increasing to 29, 30, then 31 after 5 years.
Pension (5% minimum employee, 4% employer). Life Assurance (3×annual salary). Free medical, dental and optical healthcare cash plan.
