The Lennox Partnership in North Ayrshire is seeking an Employment Coordinator to provide tailored one-to-one mentoring and practical support to parents, helping them build confidence and progress toward employment, education and training.
You will work with employers and partner organisations, manage a caseload, monitor progress against targets, and maintain records in line with safeguarding and GDPR policies.
