Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our client on a major Substation project in Ayrshire.

This is a key leadership role overseeing the delivery of civil enabling works, including access roads, foundations, drainage, and associated infrastructure, supporting a high‑profile energy project.

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of works packages
• Managing programme, budget, quality and HSEQ performance
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and designers
• Managing risk, change control and reporting
• Supporting planning and mobilisation of works in remote locations

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure
• SPEN COMP beneficial but not required; we can assist in obtaining
• Background in enabling works, utilities, power, renewables or highways preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and relevant qualifications
• Full UK driving licence
