PositionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a BAND 6 OT within our HARP Post Viral Team based at the Lister centre UHC.
What you will doAssess and treat people affected by post viral syndromes, cardiac issues and multimorbidity, assisting them to maximise their physical, social and emotional wellbeing within the limitations of their conditions.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job- Ability to undertake advanced occupational therapy assessments of patients with diverse and complex conditions.
- Broad range of clinical experience, ideally post viral syndromes and mental health issues that co‑exist alongside physical health conditions.
- Ability to develop and deliver individualised treatment programmes which meet service user outcomes.
- Experience of working within a multi‑disciplinary team across health, social and third sectors.
- Up to date on professional practice and research.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate.
This post is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis until 31/3/2027.
Driving Licence/Car OwnershipFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
