Nursing Home Manager – Kilmarnock

£45,000 per annum + Performance Related Bonus (up to £30,000 on top) | Full Time | Excellent Staff Benefits

A well-established nursing home in Kilmarnock is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead the service and continue delivering the highest standards of person-centred nursing care. The home has a strong reputation within the local community and prides itself on providing a warm, supportive, and homely environment for residents.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated leader who can inspire their team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in clinical care and resident outcomes.

• Permanent, full-time contract - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (day shifts with on‑call duties)
• Salary: £45,000 per annum
• Performance‑related bonus scheme up to £30,000 (OTE up to £75,000)

• Experienced Nursing Home Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Home Manager role
• Hold a recognised care management qualification (e.g., SVQ/NVQ Level 5, RMA, or Diploma Level
  5)
• Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, support, and develop nursing and care teams
• Thorough understanding of Care Inspectorate regulations, safeguarding, and local authority procedures
• Well‑organised, proactive, with excellent communication and administrative skills
