Enable is a dynamic social care organisation supporting people with learning disabilities. We are seeking driven individuals to lead a team of frontline staff, delivering person-centred support and managing budgets to help service users achieve personal outcomes.
The successful candidate will have SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, a full driving licence with access to a vehicle, and experience with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
