I’m currently working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, who are looking to add an experienced Reward professional to their specialist People team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established employer with a strong presence across Ayrshire and an important role within their wider people function.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees across reward, benefits, pensions, payroll-related activity, ensuring processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with employees, managers, internal stakeholders and external providers, helping to ensure employees receive the correct support and information throughout their employment.
The RoleAs Reward Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating reward and benefits activity, including salary changes, promotions, bonus payments and employee lifecycle administration.
- Acting as a key point of contact for pension, payroll, benefits and mobility providers.
- Managing and maintaining accurate employee records and people data across HR and payroll systems.
- Producing headcount, reward and people-related reports using employee and financial data.
- Supporting global mobility processes and coordinating the administrative requirements associated with employee moves.
- Working closely with internal teams and external providers to resolve queries and ensure processes are delivered effectively.
- Supporting the wider People team with accurate, timely and compliant HR administration.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within HR administration, reward, benefits, pensions, payroll, global mobility or a similar people-focused function.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience supporting reward, benefits, pensions, payroll, global mobility or HR processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with sensitive employee information.
- Experience maintaining accurate employee records across HR, payroll or business systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with employee, financial and reporting data.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external providers.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
- 37-hour working week, including a half-day Friday
- 33 days annual leave, increasing with service
