The Designer Rooms is a growing home furnishing retailer seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Kilmarnock showroom. This role suits a commercially driven retail leader who can motivate a team, deliver strong sales performance, and maintain excellent in-store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop the store team
- Drive sales and achieve performance targets
- Ensure high visual merchandising standards
- Oversee stock control, training and daily operations
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and H&S
- Liaise with senior management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven with a commercial mindset
- Able to travel between branches when required
