The Role

As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading multiple venues across the Buzzworks estate, inspiring and supporting our venue managers to deliver outstanding results. You will ensure every guest leaves feeling great, every team feels empowered, and every venue performs at its best, operationally, financially, and culturally. You will work closely with our Operations Director and Leadership Team to deliver on Buzzworks’ purpose:
To Make People Feel Great Through Hospitality.

What You Will Do
  • Inspire, coach and mentor venue managers to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.
  • Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence across all venues.
  • Lead business reviews and create action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Champion the Buzzworks service culture, achieving top-tier Customer Experience scores.
  • Partner with the People Team to develop, train and grow our talented venue leaders
  • Ensure all venues operate to the highest compliance, safety and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider Leadership Team to deliver the company’s strategic goals.
