as the director of creative activities, you will be the visionary architect of our cultural identity, leading the artistic transformation of ayrshire
360. This is a high‑profile executive role designed to blend creative ambition with strategic excellence, ensuring our venues and programmes serve as the heartbeat of the region. You will move beyond traditional arts management to inspire a culture of "limitless creativity"—one that challenges the status quo and redefines east ayrshire as a premier destination for world‑class culture and performance. Applicants must be available on 12th august 2026 for the assessment centre and 2nd september 2026 for the final interview.

rate of pay

annual salary: £89326 - £94713.
hours of work: 35 hours per week; monday‑thursday 9.00am‑5.00pm with 50 minutes unpaid lunch, friday 9.00am‑4.00pm with 40 minutes unpaid lunch.
