Are you a Field Service Manager or similar from an agriculture or plant background, looking for a varied role in an industry leading supplier, that will provide ongoing, tailored training on manufacturing and management, offering further progression to senior group leadership?

This company is a trusted and well‑established supplier of agricultural, construction, and ground care machinery, delivering high‑quality equipment, exceptional service, and expert support to businesses and individuals across Scotland. They have been operating for almost a century and have rapidly expanded to become a staple of the industry.

In this role, you will oversee 4 direct employees and 27 overall, ensuring the smooth operation of the service department, managing engineers, scheduling and handling jobs, and dealing with clients from agriculture, plant and construction industries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team hits company KPIs and targets.

• Oversee 4 direct reports and 27 overall employees.
• Run the service department – scheduling, complaints, liaising with clients.
• Plan maintenance and workloads of engineers.
• Ensure the team meets company KPIs and targets.
• Work Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (40 hours per week).
• Use company vehicle and receive bonus.

• Experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role.
• Agriculture / plant background.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service and quality delivery.
