A leading provider of finance and accounting software is hiring a Head of Sales to lead and grow its North American sales team.
This is a true player-coach role
, responsible for both an individual quota and overall team revenue performance
. You’ll lead a team of Account Executives while personally driving strategic enterprise opportunities and net-new business growth.
Key Highlights
- Lead a small team of Account Executives
- Carry both an individual quota and team quota
- Personally own and close strategic enterprise deals
- Coach, hire, and develop sales talent
- Improve forecasting, pipeline discipline, and sales execution
- Opportunity to evolve into a fully dedicated sales leadership role as the business scales
Ideal Background
- Enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience
- Proven success in a player-coach environment
- Strong new business and pipeline generation track record
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Background in fintech, ERP, Office of the CFO, accounting, finance transformation, or related enterprise software
Compensation
- $200K+ base
- Double OTE
- Hybrid Boston-based role (2-3 days/week in office)
