NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Safer Staffing to lead safe staffing across Acute Services. You will work with the Chief Nurse for Acute Services to ensure compliance with national policy and to improve workforce planning and patient safety.
This fixed‑term post (18 months, 36 hours/week) requires strategic leadership, experience with Safe Care and eRostering, and a track record of delivering improvements to staffing and patient outcomes.
