NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a well-motivated nurse to join the busy medical high dependency unit as Deputy Charge Nurse. This post is offered on a permanent basis and consists of 23 hours per week across two posts.
You will support the Senior Charge Nurse to lead HDU care, deputise in her absence, and model evidence-based practice within a 4F team. This role requires degree-level education and a registered critical care qualification.
