This company are specialists in the full completion of construction project, from manufacture all the way to install and completion. They are looking for a Health and Safety Manager who can lead the team into a high standard of H&S processes.

On offer is an autonomous role, where you will be tasked with developing health and safety and quality processes, site auditing, resolving health and safety issues, ensuring compliance with UK HSE legislation and embedding a strong safety culture. The role will be split between 60% office based and 40% site based around Scotland.

This role would suit someone who holds a current NEBOSH certificate and has experience implementing high standards and changes within a Health and Safety position. It would suit someone who wants to join an SME and make meaningful changes.

• Monday – Friday, 40 hours
• Health and safety lead
• Take ownership of the Health and safety function
• Managing risk, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance
• Site auditing

• NEBOSH qualified
• Health and safety experience
• Useful to have experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction
• Full UK Driver's license
