Site Quality Manager

The Site Quality Manager will oversee and maintain quality standards across all operations within the FMCG industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer expectations. This role is based in the West Coast of Scotland and requires a proactive approach to managing quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in quality management within the FMCG, Pharma or a related industry.
• A strong understanding of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or quality management.

• A competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
