Asan Inspection Finishing Operator ,yourdutiesincludeensuringthattherollsofpaperarewoundtospecifiedlengthsontherequiredcore.
Paperfromthemasterroll,willbefedintoarewindmachinethatwillmeasureoffthelengthsrequiredforthefinishedroll.
Thefinishedreelswillthenberemovedfromtherewinmachineandlabelledwiththerelevantcoreandreelendinformation.
Yourjobalsoincludesmaintenanceandcalibrationofyourequipment.
- Loadingofspecifiedmasterreelsaccordingtojobbagandreelidentificationlabels
- Printingofinnerandoutercoreandanyothercustomerrequiredtraceabilitylabelrequirements
- Selectionandfixingofcorrectmandrelaccordingtocustomerspecification
- Sourcingofcorrectcoresizeaccordingtocustomerspecification
- Settingofbladestoslitreelstotherelevantwidth,ensuringhealthandsafetyproceduresarefollowed
- UseofAVTinspectiontoensureremovalofanysubstandardqualityprintwithinthemasterreels
- Maintainingthequalityoftheslittingofthefinishedreelsthroughouttherun
- Ensuringallreelsarefullylabelledaccordingtoboth Companyandcustomerrequirements
- Ensuringthelineclearanceprocedureisthoroughlyfollowedaftereachjobandlineclearancejoinretainedeachtime
Experience:
- Excellentverbalcommunication,interpersonal,andcustomerserviceskills
- Abilitytooperateortoquicklylearntooperatevariousprintingmachinesandrelatedsoftware
- Abilitytofollowinstructions
